摘要

目的: 探讨强心宁煎剂对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法 :将68例CHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(每组34例)

治疗组在对照组常规西药治疗基础上加用强心宁煎剂。2组于治疗前后分别测定血浆TNF-α

IL-6水平

同时评估NYHA心功能分级。结果 :治疗后2组NYHA心功能分级均较同组治疗前改善(P<0.05)

且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);同时治疗组血浆TNF-α

IL-6水平明显下降

与对照组及同组治疗前比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 :强心宁煎剂能够降低CHF患者血浆TNF-α

IL-6水平

可作为治疗CHF有效药物之一。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of Qiangxinning Jianji on plasma levels of tumornecrosis factor alpha (TNF-α)

interleukin-6 (IL-6) in chronic heart failure (CHF) patients. Method :CHF patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. Plasma levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were measured and NYHA class was evaluated at the 8th week of treatment. Result :NYHA class was markedly improved in two groups

it was significantly better in treatment group than those in the control group (P<0.05). As compared with the control group

in the treatment group; TNF-α and IL-6 were lower

the difference between groups and between before and after treatment were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion :Qiangxinning Jianji could lower plasma levels of TNF-α and IL-6

and is one of the effective drugs in improving cardiac function in patients with CHF.
