摘要

目的: 观察中药泻火养阴散对Graves’病(GD)患者外周血Th1/Th2细胞因子平衡的影响。方法: 50例初发GD患者随机分为2组:单用他巴唑治疗组25例(A组)

泻火养阴散联用他巴唑治疗组25例(B组);另设正常对照组20例(C组)。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测GD患者治疗前后及正常人外周血γ干扰素(IFN-γ)和白介素-4(IL-4)水平。以IFN-γ/IL-4作为反映Th1/Th2细胞因子的指标。结果: 初发GD患者与正常组比较

血清IFN-γ

IL-4水平及IFN-γ/IL-4均显著升高(P<0.01);治疗后GD患者与治疗前比较

血清IFN-γ水平降低(P<0.01)

血清IL-4水平降低(P<0.05);IFN-γ/IL-4比值降低(P<0.01);与A组治疗后比较

B组治疗后血清中IFN-γ水平(7.87±1.62) vs (8.96±1.87)ng·L-1及IFN-γ/IL-4更低

差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论: 中药泻火养阴散可使Graves’病患者血清中IFN-γ水平(1.53±0.11) vs (1.61±0.18)ng·L-1降低

IFN-γ/IL4比值降低

通过调节Th1和Th2类细胞因子的表达来调整Th1/Th2平衡

改善GD患者的免疫失衡状态。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effects of Xiehuo Yangyin powder on balance of peripheral blood Th1/Th2 cytokines in Graves’ disease(GD). Method: Fifty first diagnosed cases of GD were randomLy divided into two groups

group A treated with methimazole and group B treated with methimazole combined with Xiehuo Yangyin powder. Besides

a normal group(group C) was set up for control. The peripheral blood IFN-γ and IL-4 in all the groups were detected by the ELISA once before and after the treatment. Result: The serum IFN-γ

IL-4 levels and the IFN- γ/IL-4 ratios of first diagnosed GD patients were significantly higher than those in healthy group (P<0.01); The values of IFN-γ

IL-4 and the IFN- γ/IL-4 ratios in the treatment groups decreased after the treatment(P<0.01); And comparison between the two treated groups after treatment

the decreasing was more significant in group B(P<0.01). Conclusion: Xiehuo Yangyin powder can regulate the Th1/Th2 balance by modifying the expression of Th1/ Th2 cytokines

which might lead to alleviation of immunological imbalance in patients with GD.
