Myelin-associated Inhibitor Factor Nogo-A and Secondary Damage After Cerebral Infarction
The dysfunction of nervous system caused by cerebral infarction is difficult for medical study.Recently
the study mainly focused on ischemic areas
but there is little emphasis on secondary damage.Nogo-A conducts the inhibitory signals through the neural pathways of Nogo/NgR→Rho/Rock to hurt axons and participate in the secondary damage in cerebral infarction. It is the important reasons for the dysfunction of nervous system caused by acute cerebral infarction. The author will discuss the relationship between Nogo-A and secondary damage in cerebral infarction.
