Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Fructus Sophorae
Objective: Studied on ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Fructus Sophorae. Method: Total flavonoids were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted technique
yield of total flavonoids as the index. The optimum parameters of the technology were obtained through single-factor and orthogonal test. Result: The optimum extraction process was as follows: ethanol concentration 80%
solid-liquid ratio 1 g ∶50 mL
extracting temperature at 50 ℃
extracting for 45 min under the ultrasonic power of 250×70% W. In this optimum extracion conditions
the yield of total flavonoids was 3.04%. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process was achieved
which is suitable for industrialization with short extraction time
