Objective: To set up a method for determination of the content of buddleoside in Yinju-qingjie tablets. Method: HPLC method was used;chromatographic condition included Appollo C18(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) and the mobile phase consisting of methanol-2% acetic acid (52 ∶48)

with a detection wavelength at 326 nm and the temperature at room temperature. Result: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.024 9-0.398 9 μg for buddleoside(r=0.999 8);the average recovery of buddleoside was 101.5% with RSD of 1.91% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple

accurate

reproducible and can be used for the determination of the preparations.
