Optimization Study on Extraction Technology of Kanli Granules by Orthogonal Design with Multi-target
Objective: To optimize the extracting technology conditions of Kanli Granules. Method: Orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction conditions
with the content of multi-target ingredients such as astragaloside
paeoniflorin
total saponins and total alkaloids as comprehensive evaluation indexes. Result: The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extracted 3 times with 10 fold water
45 minutes each time. Conclusion: The optimum extraction conditions was stable and reproducible.
