但对甲醛引起的Ⅱ相疼痛反应没有显著影响;剂量为7.6 g ·kg-1时对大鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05);急性毒性试验表明
其LD50为148.4 g ·kg-1。 结论: 五灵肩周丸具有明显的镇痛抗炎作用
且具有较高的安全性。
Abstract
Objective: To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects
as well as acute toxicity of the Wuling Jianzhou pellet. Method: Writhing method and formalin test were used in mice to evaluate the analgesic effect.Xylene induced ear swelling in mice and formation of cotton ball granuloma in rats were adopted to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect.LD50was assessed in mice. Result: At the dose of 3.8
7.6 g ·kg-1
Wuling Jianzhou pellet significantly reduced the number of writhing induced by acetic acid (P<0.05)
as well as mouse ear swelling induced by xylene (P<0.01).In formalin test
pain of phase I but not phase Ⅱ
was reduced after administration of Wuling Jianzhou pellet at 3.8
11.4 g ·kg-1 (P<0.01).The formation of cotton ball granuloma was inhibited by Wuling Jianzhou pellet at 7.6 g ·kg-1 (P<0.05).The LD50of Wuling Jianzhou pellet was 148.4 g ·kg-1. Conclusion: Wuling Jianzhou pellet has significant analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects
