Determination of Jujuboside A and Ginsenoside Rb in GSSM Granules by HPLC-ELSD
Objective: To establish HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of jujuboside A and ginsenoside Rb1 in GSSM granules. Method: SUPELCO Discovery C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm
5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-water as a mobile phase in a gradient program at the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1. The detector drift tube temperature was set at 104 ℃ and the nitrogen flow rate was 2.8 mL ·min-1. Result: The average recovery were 98.67% and 100.32% for jujuboside A and ginsenoside Rb1 respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible
and can be used for quality control of GSSM granules.
