摘要

目的: 探讨固本益肾胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法: 昆明种小鼠

每组10只

随机分为正常对照组、模型组、贞芪扶正胶囊组(12.5 g ·kg-1)、固本益肾胶囊高剂量组(4.5 g ·kg-1)、固本益肾胶囊低剂量组(1.5 g ·kg-1)。通过测定免疫抑制小鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数、碳粒廓清吞噬指数(K)及校正吞噬指数(α)、血清溶血素水平、迟发型超敏反应(DTH)的影响

反映固本益肾胶囊对机体免疫功能的影响。结果: 固本益肾胶囊可显著提高免疫抑制小鼠的脾脏指数及胸腺指数

升高碳粒廓清吞噬指数(P＜0.01)及校正吞噬指数(P＜0.05);提高血清溶血素水平(P＜0.01)及增强迟发型超敏反应(P＜0.01或P＜0.05)。结论: 固本益肾胶囊对小鼠非特异性和特异性免疫功能有促进作用。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effects of Guben Yishen Capsule(GB-C)on the immune function in mice. Method: Mice were divided into five groups. By the effect of the indexes of spleen and thymus

delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH)reflect the immune function. Result: GB-C can enhance the indexes of spleen and thymus

increase the number of K and α

improve the level of serum hemolysin antibody and the number of DTH was increased. Conclusion: GB-C can enhance the non-specific immunity and specific immunity function in mice.
