Serum Pharmacology of Xiaochaihutang Jun and Chen Herbs and Their Compatibility Extract on Myocardial Cells Infected CVB
Objective: To explore Xiaochai hutang(XCT’s) jun and chen herbs and their compatibility extracts antivirus and the protective function by infected CVB3m and to elaborate the therapeutic mechanism. Method :We prepared herb-contained serum of the extracts from Bupleurum
Scutellaria and their compatibility
and measured effects on virulence CVB3m in vitro.We cultured the myocardial cells of suckling mice and established the viral myocarditis mAel. From three aspects tested: the protection rate of the myocardial cell after infected CVB3m by MTT methA;the release of LDH and AST in the supernatant of each hole;and CVB3m content of containing serum on myocardial cells infected CVB3m by RT-PCR. Result: Scutellaria herb-contained serum might have affect on directly kill CVB3m in vitro. Three results were: a significant difference though containing serum group compared with the blank serum(P<0.01);Scutellaria group and the compatibility group were compared with the Bupleurum group
there were significant differences(P<0.01);Compatibility group compared with the Skullcap group was no significant difference. Conclusion: Scutellaria extract might have affect on directly kill CVB3m in vitro. Scutellaria and the compatibility extracts inhibited the virus replication and protected cells infected virus.Equivalent compatibility extract did not show the advantage of the enhanced role.
