Research of Three Effective Composition and Effect of Bacteriostasis of Yinhuang Decoction by Multi-stage Membrane Filter
Objective: To research Yinhuang decoction and its five stage membrane filter liquor
to analyze the content change of baicalin and other two kinds effective composition and in vitro effect of bacteriostasis. Method: Multi-stage membrane separation by molecular size was used to separate Yinhuang decoction. Ingredients were determined by HPLC. Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae were used to test the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of source liquid and all levels filter liquor. Result: In vitro effect of bacteriostasis from high to low order was four

one level filter liquor. Conclusion: Membrane separation method can be used to isolate antimicrobial activity substances by section. The antibacterial effect of membrane filter liquor after microfiltration is stronger than source decoction.
