35 mg ·kg-1 PIC(Ⅱ)Hb显著高于PS(Ⅱ)( P <0.05)。 结论: 山药多糖铁复合物具有较好的治疗缺铁性贫血作用
有望开发成为一种新型的补铁剂。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Dioscorea Rhizoma polysaccharide iron complex (PIC) on mice with iron deficiency anemia (IDA). Method: Mice model with IDA was prepared by offering low-iron feeds combining with periodic sparing bloodletting. Changes of the indexes such as hemoglobin and red blood cell count were determined. Result: There was significant difference between the indexes of the PIC (Ⅱ) group of 35 mg ·kg-1 and those of the model group (P<0.05)
the indexes of Hb and RBC were restored to normal level at the end of the experiment. Compared the indexes of experimental groups with the control groups of corresponding dosage
the PIC(Ⅱ)group was significantly higher than PS(Ⅱ) group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Dioscorea Rhizoma polysaccharide iron complex not only has superior therapeutic efficacy on IDA
but also has the effect on enriching and harmonizing blood
