Optimal Extraction of Kangyantuire Granules by Central Composite Design-Response Surface Method
Objective: The best extraction technics of Kangyantuire granules was optimized. Method: The main influential factors of extraction technics included the quantity of water and extraction time. The extraction effect was evaluated with the content of baicalin and the extract yield. The optimal extraction technics of Kangyantuire granules was selected by central composite design-response surface method. Result: The best extraction conditions were as follows: 22-fold of water
extracted for twice
140 minutes for each time. Conclusion: The extraction technics of Kangyantuire granules is reliable
