摘要

目的 :观察八宝哮咳散合六味地黄丸治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法 :35例CVA患者均口服八宝哮咳散和六味地黄丸进行治疗。结果 :35例CVA患者中

临床治愈23例

显效9例

好转2例

无效1例

总有效率为97.1%。结论 :八宝哮咳散合六味地黄丸治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘

具有很好的疗效

且无明显不良反应。

Abstract

Objective: Toinvestigate the clinical effects on the tratment for cough variant asthma (CVA)by Babao Xiaokesan plus Liuwei Dihuangwan. Method: Thirty-five patients suffered from cough variant asthma were received the treatment of Babao Xiaokesan plus Liuwei Dihuangwan. Result: Among the 35 CVA patients

23 cases were clinically cured

9 cases were markedly effective

2 cases were effective

1 case was non-effective.The total effective rate was 97.1%. Conclusion: Babao Xiaokesan plus Liuwei Dihuangwan is a very effective therapy for the treatment of cough variant asthma.
