Optimization of Extraction Technology of Syringin and Glycosides E from Acanthopanax Stem and Root
Objective: To study the optimum extraction condition of Acanthopanax. Method: Orthogonal design was used to study the extraction condition and the content of saponin was determined by HPLC. Result: The optimized extract technology was as follows:crude drug of Acanthopanax was extracted with 10 times of 80% alcohol for 3 times
each time for 2 h. Conclusion: The optimized extraction was stable with good reproducibility
which could provide the basis for batch production.
