Objective: To establish the fingerprint chromatogram of Lonicera dasystyla
and to probe and research the establishment method and application to the quantitative fingerprint chromatogram. Method: RP-HPLC was used.The samples were separated on a C18ODS2 column (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) and detected at 328 nm with methanol
acetonitrile and 0.05% phosphoric acid as mobile phase by gradient elution.The column temperature was set at 25 ℃.The flow rate was 0.5 mL ·min-1. Result: The fingerprint chromatogram based on the data of 12 batches of Lonicera dasystyla was set up. Conclusion: The fingerprint chromatogram of Lonicera dasystyla can be used to recognize and access other samples as a standard.
