Optimization on Extraction Technique of Juming Jiangya Granules with Orthogonal Design
Objective: The orthogonal test was used to optimize ethanol-extraction technique of Juming Jiangya granules. Method: Observation was made on the effect of alcohol concentration
solvent ratio
extraction time and extraction frequency on the extraction result by orthogonal L9 (34) design
with the content of linarin as the index. Result: The best extraction process was as follows: adding 8 times volume of 70%alcohol
extracting twice and refluxing for 1 h. Conclusion: The extraction process of Juming Jiangya granules was stable
