摘要

目的: 研究药用植物乌头净制的机制。方法: 以滴定法测定总生物碱的含量;分光光度法测定酯型生物碱的含量;高效液相色谱法测定3种双酯型生物碱的含量;苯酚-硫酸分光光度法测定多糖的含量。结果: 母根、子根、须根总生物碱含量分别为11.20

Abstract

Objective: To study the cleaning mechanism of Aconitum carmichaeli. Method: Titration method was used to determine the content of total alkaloids; UV was used to determine the content of ester-type alkaloids; HPLC was used to determine the content of three kind of diester alkaloids namely aconitine
