摘要

目的 :观察截敏颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法: 60例变应性鼻炎患者

随机平均分为2组。治疗组给予截敏颗粒

对照组给予氯雷他定片

疗程均为2周。用药结束后分别进行近期(停药后第1天)和远期(停药后第15天)疗效观察。结果: 停药后第1天

治疗组总有效率为90%

对照组总有效率为93%

2组疗效差异无统计学意义。停药后第15天

治疗组症状改善总效率为83%

对照组总有效率为70%

疗效差异有统计学意义( P ＜0.05)。结论: 截敏颗粒改善变应性鼻炎临床症状近期疗效与氯雷他定片接近

但在远期疗效上则优于氯雷他定片

能够延缓疾病复发

临床上值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Jiemin Granules (JMG) on allergic thinitis based on a clinical trial. Method: Sixty cases with allergic thinitis (AR) were randomly divided into two groups equally. i.e. treatment group(TG) treated by JMG and control groups(CG) treated by Loratadine Tablets (LT). Both interventions lasted for two weeks. Then

therapeutic effects were evaluated for the short-term (the 1st day) and the long-term (the 15th day). Result: On the 1st day following the therapy finished

the total effective rate was 90% for the cases of TG

while it was 93% for those of CG

with no statistical significance between them. By the 15th day after the therapy

the improving rate was 83% in TG

in contrast

the rate was only 70% in CG

with marked statistical significance( P ＜0.05)between them. Conclusion: The short-term therapeutic effect of JMG is similar with that of the LT

while the long-term therapeutic effect is better than that of LT. It holds a delaying effect on disease recurrence and is worthwhile for the JMG to be promoted into practical usage in the treatment of AR.
