Objective: To investigate whether schizonepetin has any influences on the cardiovascular system
the nervous system and the respiratory system of animals. Method: Mice and rats were given oral medicine with different doses of ST in order to evaluate the effects of ST on sleep and the autonomous movement in rats
on the falling number of mice from the rotating stick. Anesthetized dogs were given oral medicine with different doses of ST in order to evaluate the effects of ST on the frequency and depth of respiration
