目的: 观察荆芥内酯(schizonepetin

观察荆芥内酯对犬的呼吸频率、呼吸幅度、舒张压(SAP)、收缩压(DAP)、心率(HR)、PR间期、QRS、QT间期、T波各指标的影响。结果: 荆芥内酯ig给药对正常小鼠自主活动无明显影响

并与小鼠戊巴妥钠阈下催眠剂量无协同作用;对大鼠在转棒上掉落次数无明显影响;ST各剂量组对麻醉犬呼吸频率和呼吸幅度无明显影响

对心率、舒张压和动脉压无显著影响;对心电图PR

QT间期和T波无显著延长。结论: 一般药理作用研究表明

Abstract

Objective: To investigate whether schizonepetin has any influences on the cardiovascular system

the nervous system and the respiratory system of animals. Method: Mice and rats were given oral medicine with different doses of ST in order to evaluate the effects of ST on sleep and the autonomous movement in rats

on the falling number of mice from the rotating stick. Anesthetized dogs were given oral medicine with different doses of ST in order to evaluate the effects of ST on the frequency and depth of respiration
