Ultrasound Wave Assisted Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids from Roots of
Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total flavonoids from the roots of Dracaena cochinchinensis. Method :Total flavonoids were extracted from the roots of D.cochinchinensis through ultrasound wave assisted technique. Effects of operation conditions were studied by using single factor and orthogonal design methods L9 (34). Result: The optimize extraction technology condition was 60 ℃

90% ethyl alcohol
1 ∶30 and 30 min. Conclusion: Under the optimized conditions
the extraction percent of total flavonoids is about 2.13% from the roots of D.cochinchinensis.
