Compatible Stability of Compound Injection in Common Infusion
Objective: To observe the stability of the compound of Sophora flavescentis injection and three kinds of clinical commonly used injections for compatibility to provide reference for clinical application. Method: Clinical pharmacy situation was simulated with compound Sophora flavescentis injection compatible with three kinds of common injections to observe the stability in 6 h and the changing situation of the pH and insoluble particles of every transfusion before and after compatibility. Result: The compound Sophroa flavescentis injection compatible with 0.9%NaCl was more appropriate than compatible with 5% glucose and 10% glucose. Conclusion: The compatibility of compound Sophora flavescentis injection is basically stable in 6 h.
