Optimization of Processing Technology for by Orthognal Design
Objective: To optimize processing technology of S.baicalensis. Method: The optimization processing technology of S. baicalensis was investigated using orthogonal design with the yield of baicalin as the index to determine the processing of parameters. Result: The optimal condition for the processing technology of S. baicalensis was dosed in hot water 200 ℃ by steaming 50min. Conclusion: The optimized extractive technology is scientific and efficient.
