HPLC-DAD-ELSD Fingerprint of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen from Different Sources
Objective: To establish the HPLC-DAD-ELSD fingerprint of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen grown indifferent provinces and provide new methods for scientific evaluation and effectively controlling the quality of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae. Method: Fourteen Semen Ziziphi Spinosae samples from different provinces were determined by using HPLC-DAD-ELSD technique.The software"similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of Chinese material medical"was applied to analyze date
and established the mutual model.The similarity of chromatogram was evaluated with correlation degree. Result: There were fifteen common peaks of flavonoids and eleven common peaks of saponins in the fingerprint of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.The established method is good for the separation of flavonoids and saponins from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and simultaneous determination of the two differentcomponents in one sample injection. Conclusion: he method is workable to simultaneously determine flavonoids and saponins fingerprint from semen Ziziphi Spinosae
and provide experimental data for comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.
