苏拉明阳性对照组与生理盐水空白对照组有显著差异( P <0.01)。 结论 :对比2种不同的提取方式和选用2种不同阳性对照药
乙酸乙酯不同萃取部位的药理实验结果重复性好
实验操作难度小
苏拉明阳性对照组的结果比较稳定( P <0.05)。选择乙酸乙酯提取部位和苏拉明做阳性对照具有可操作性和可行性。
Abstract
Objective: To screen the active fraction of compound Sanhuang capsules for inhibiting angiogenesis in tumor. Method: Experimental study of tumor angiogenesis in vivo was carried out with model of chorioallantoic membrane. Result: ①Mixed and suspended the ultrafine powder of compound Sanhuang capsules
which were irradiated by Co60 at the seventh day
with ethanol in different concentrations.Then added it into gelatin sponge
the diameter was 5 mm and under the ultraviolet radiation.Two days later
around the gelatin sponge appeared round and radicalized capillary vessels.the number of the blood vessel was fewer than that in the normal saline control group (P<0.05); there ware no significant differences between Taxol group and normal saline control group.②Extracted the irradiated ultrafine powder of compound Sanhuang capsules with ethyl acetate before
next used pH gradient method to extract the different positions
and then each part tested with chorioallantoic membrane(CAM) model.At last the vessel around the gelatin sponge decreased
compared with that in the normal saline control group (P<0.05)
and there were significant differences between suramin positive control group and normal saline control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Compared the two different extracted methods and two different positive control drugs
the ethyl acetate extracted part was better in pharmacological repetition
and with convenient methods.Also suramin positive control group was better in stability (P<0.05).So to chose the ethyl acetate extract part and suramin positive control group was exercisable.
