Study on Optimizing Technological Condition of Water Extraction for Xinshuaining Mixtures by Orthogonal Design
Objective: To optimize the water extraction process of Xinshuaining Mixtures. Method: Orthogonal design was used to select the water extraction process of Xinshuaining Mixtures with the content of ginsenoside Rg1
ginsenoside Re
ginsenoside Rb1 and the yield of extract as the investigating index. Result: The best water extraction process of Xinshuaining Mixtures was: the first time adding 12 folds water
adding 10 folds water for second and third times
decocting 1 h for 3 times. Conclusion: The established technology was reasonable
feasible and reproducible. It can be used for the development of Xinshuaining Mixtures to provide theoretical and experimental basis.
