摘要

目的: 建立高效液相色谱法测定新健胃片中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法: 采用 Phenomenex C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm);以甲醇-冰醋酸-水(35 ∶4 ∶61)为流动相;检测波长为283 nm;流速1.0 mL ·min-1。结果: 橙皮苷进样量在0.10~2.03 μg呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9)

平均加样回收率为98.37%(n=9)。结论: 该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好

灵敏度高

可用于新健胃片的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Xinjianwei tablets. Method: Phenomenex C18 (4.6 mm ×250 mm

5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetic acid-water(35 ∶4 ∶61) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1

the detective wavelength was at 283 nm. Result: The hesperidin has a good linear in the range of 0.10-2.03 μg (r=0.999 9)

the average recovery(n=9) was 98.37%. Conclusion: The method is rapid

sensitive

and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Xinjianwei tablets.
