摘要

目的: 优化血竭药材的提取方法。方法: 以血竭素的含量为指标

采用HPLC比较浸渍法、索氏提取法和超临界CO2萃取 (SFE-CO2)法对血竭药材的提取效果。结果: SFE-CO2得到的血竭素含量较高。结论 :SFE-CO2适用于血竭的提取。

Abstract

Objective: To establish the techniques for the extraction of dracorhodin from Draconis Sanguis. Method: With the content of dracorhodin as the index

observations were made on the effect of different methods of extraction by HPLC. Result: High content of dracorhodin was obtained by SFE-CO2 relatively. Conclusion: SFE-CO2 is a workable technique for the extraction of dracorhodin from Draconis Sanguis.
