摘要

目的 :研究土庄绣线菊乙醇提取物石油醚和氯仿分离部位的化学成分。方法 :采用硅胶柱色谱和制备液相色谱等手段进行化学成分分离

运用理化性质和波谱数据(MS

1H-NMR

13C-NMR和HMBC等)鉴定化合物结构。结果 :从土庄绣线菊乙醇提取物石油醚和氯仿分离部位分离得到6个五环三萜类化合物

分别鉴定为羽扇豆酮(1)

木栓酮(2)

羽扇豆醇(3)

β -香树脂醇(4)

白桦脂醇(5)和熊果醇(6)。结论 :化合物1~5为首次从该属植物中分离得到

化合物6为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents from the petroleum ether and chloroform fractions of ethanol extract from Spiraea pubescens . Method: The compounds were isolated by silica gel chromatography and preparative HPLC

and their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods

including MS

1D and 2D NMR spectral techniques. Result: Six compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether and chloroform fractions of ethanol extract from S . pubescens

and were identified as lupeone(1)

friedelin(2)

lupeol(3)

β -amyrin(4)

betulin(5)

and uvaol(6). Conclusion: This is the first report of the isolation of 1-5 from Spiraea genus

and 6 from this plant.
