并在前人研究基础上提出基于体内代谢-药效学相关性分析的中药复方药效物质基础研究方法

通过阐明药效与体内药物成分及代谢产物的定性定量关系

以姜黄胶囊为例

来揭示中药复方的药效物质基础。希望能够为中药复方药效物质基础研究扩展思路。

Abstract

Systematic pharmacological evaluation of material basis for the efficacy of Chinese medicine compound is one of the key issues in modernization and internationalization of Chinese medicine. Many researchers have conducted a great deal of research and practice on it in recent years

especially the serum pharmaco-chemistry of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) research methods attracted widespread attention and has made significant results. Studies on serum pharmaco-chemistry of TCM for the past five years were briefly reviewed. And this article proposes the research method of material basis of traditional Chinese medicine compound based on correlation analysis of metabolism and efficacy

through clarifying the efficacy and pharmaceutical ingredients and metabolites in vivo qualitative and quantitative relationships

case in Jianghuang capsule

to reveal the material basis for efficacy of Chinese medicine.We hope to extend the ideas of research on material basis of traditional Chinese medicine compound.
