摘要

目的 :观察芪参健骨颗粒的抗炎镇痛作用。方法 :将小鼠分为模型对照组

芪参健骨颗粒低、中、高剂量给药组和阳性对照双氯芬酸钠组

Abstract

Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Qishen Jiangu Granule. Method: Models of xylene-induced mice ear edema

albumin-induced rats paw edema were performed to study the anti-inflammatory effect.Acetic acid-induced writhing and hot-plate test in mice were used to study the analgeic effect. Result: The inhibitory rates of low

medium and high dose of Qishen Jiangu Granule on mice ear edema were 13%
