摘要

目的: 对藏药高原天名精Carpesium lipskyi甲醇提取物化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法: 利用普通硅胶柱色谱方法进行分离、纯化

并经超导核磁共振(NMR)、质谱(MS)、红外(IR)等现代波谱技术确定其结构。结果: 从高原天名精的甲醇室温提取物乙酸乙酯部位获得6个化合物

其结构被确定为β-谷甾醇(I)

豆甾醇(II)

二十二烷醇(III)

胡萝卜苷(IV)

5-羟基-3

4’-四甲氧基黄酮(V)

异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(VI)。结论: 6个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from Carpesium lipskyi

which was used as traditonal herb medicine in the treatment of some diseases. Method: These compounds were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis (NMR and MS). Result: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as: β-sitosterol(I)

stigmasterol(II)

1-docosanol(III)

daucosteol(IV)

5-hydroxy-3

4’-tetramethoxyflavone(V)

isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(VI). Conclusion: All these compounds were isolated from Carpesium lipskyi for the first time.
