摘要

目的: 观察活血化瘀药、益气养阴药、化痰利湿药对糖尿病大鼠晚期糖基化终产物(AGEs)的影响。方法: 采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)糖尿病大鼠模型

随机分为正常组、模型组、活血化瘀组、益气养阴组、化痰利湿组、综合组及氨基胍组

ig给药6周

观察各治疗组对糖尿病大鼠肾组织AGEs及肾脏保护作用的影响。结果: 与正常对照组比较

糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖、肾系数、尿素氮、肌酐及肾皮质AGEs明显上升(P<0.01)

各中药治疗组可不同程度抑制糖尿病大鼠肾皮质AGEs沉积(P<0.05或P<0.01)

并对肾脏有保护作用。结论: 活血化瘀药、益气养阴药、化痰利湿药可通过抑制糖尿病大鼠肾皮质AGEs沉积及对肾脏的保护作用

延缓糖尿病慢性并发症的进一步发展。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of herbs of activating blood circulation

herbs of replenishing Qi and Yin and herbs of removing dampness on advanced glycation end products(AGEs) in kidney and renoprotection for diabetic rats. Method: The model rats suffering from diabetes were induced by streptozocina(STZ). The diabetic rats were treated by herbs of activating blood circulation

herbs of replenishing Qi and Yin and herbs of removing dampness for six weeks respectively. The AGEs in kidney of diabetic rat were investigated. Result: Compared with the normal group

fasting blood glucose

kidney weight/body weight

blood ureanitrogen

serum creatinine and AGEs in cortex of kidney in diabetic rats were increased greatly. After treated by Chinese herbs

AGEs were decreased and the kidneys were protected. Conclusion: Herbs of activating blood circulation

herbs of replenishing Qi and Yin and herbs of removing dampness may delay the development of diabetes complications through inhibiting AGEs in kidney of diabetic rat.
