Abstract
Objective: To investigate the immune regulatory effect of Wuzi Yanzong decoction on immunosuppression mice. Method: Thirty two Balb/C mice

were divided into four groups.Three groups of mice were administered Cy ip (50 mg ·kg-1 once a day for 5 days)to induce immunosuppression; two of these groups received Wuzi Yanzong decoction treatment (2
4 g ·kg-1 orally once a day for 35 days; 5 days after Cy ip).A vehicle treated control group was also included.The body weight and spleen weight were measured.The absolute number of total splenocytes and bone marrow cells was analyzed.The absolute number of CD3+T cells

B cells and NK cells in spleen was detected by flow cytomety. Result :Cy-treated mice showed a significant decrease in the number of leukocytes on peripheral blood
