Effects of Xiangdan Injection on Hemorheology and Platelet Aggregation in Acute Blood Stasis Rats
Objective: To study the effects of Xiangdan Injection on hemorheology and platelet aggregation in acute blood stasis rats. Method: The acute blood stasis rats model was established by subcutaneous injection of high-dose adrenaline hydrochloride and being socked in ice-water.Then the model rats were treated with drugs by intravenous injection.The blood samples were taken through common carotid artery (CCA) at 0.5 hours after last administration.Viscosity of blood and plasma
content of fibrinogen and the rates of platelet aggregation were determined. Result: Xiangdan Injection could not only reduce viscosity of whole blood
erythrocyte aggregation index
viscosity of plasma and content of fibrinogen
but also remarkably inhibit the rates of platelet aggregation in model rats. Conclusion: Xiangdan Injection obviously ameliorates the hemorheology and inhibits platelet aggregation in acute blood stasis rats.
