Research on Optimization of Inclusion Technology of Licoflavone -cyclodextrin by Orthogonal Method
Objective: To optimize the technology of licorice licoflavone β-cyclodextrin package. Method :Main parameters of licorice flavanone-β-cyclodextrin inclusion were investigated by orthogonal experiment with inclusion compound and receive rate as the target to screen out the best technology;the inclusion compound was identified by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method and the thin layer chromatography. Result: The best technique of licoflavone-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound was as follows: the batch feeding ratio of licoflavone to β-cyclodextrin was 1 ∶10;the water quantity to be added was 10 times of β-cyclodextrin batch feeding's; the package temperature was at 40 ℃ and mixed for 1 hour by stirring. Conclusion :The preparation of licoflavone-β-cyclodextrin by saturated aqueous solution is simple to operate.
