Optimization of Extraction Technology of Zhuanshu Granules by Orthogonal Experiment
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Zhuanshu Granules. Method: L9(34) table was used to examine the effects of the 4 factors
and the weighted sum of the content of ginsenoside
total flavones in Licorice and total polysaccharides were determined by orthogonal test. Result: The optimal extraction process was as follows: 10 times of 30% alcohol was added and reflux extraction was performed 3 times for 1.5 h each time. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process was reasonable in design
stable in results and can provide theoretic support for industrialization of Zhuanshu Granules.
