Simultaneous Determination of Salvianolic acid B and Tanshinone Ⅱ in Co-danshenjiangzhuo Pill by HPLC
Objective: To propose an HPLC quantitative method for simultaneously determining tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B in Co-danshenjiangzhuo Pill. Method: Analysis were carried out using an Agilent TC-C18(2) (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm)
the mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.5% formic acid in water with gradient elution and the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1. The wavelength was set at 268 nm. Result: The linearity ranges of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B were 0.007-0.084 μg and 0.071 5-1.001 μg respectively. The average recoveries were 100.9% (RSD 1.81%) for tanshinone ⅡA
and 101.4% (RSD 1.55%) for salvianolic acid B. Conclusion: The method appeared to be precise and accurate for the simultaneous determination of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B in Co-danshenjiangzhuo Pill.
