Optimization of Extraction Technology of Fructus Choerospondiatis by Orthogonal Test
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology for traditional Mongolian medicine Fructus Choerospondiatis. Method :The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal design with concentration of alcohol
amount of alcohol
extraction time and extraction times as factors. A RP-HPLC. Result :was established for determination of gallic acid;An UV-Spectrophotometer method was adopted to determine the content of total flavonoids. Result: The optimum extracting condition was as follows:adding eight times amount of 70% alcohol and refluxing and extracting for 1h(totally extracting for 2 times). Conclusion: The extraction technology was economic
