计算LSA-21大孔树脂对二苯乙烯苷的吸附率和解析率。 结果: 最佳吸附纯化工艺为:最大上样量为1.2 g ·g-1(生药量/干树脂)
药液浓度为0.2 g ·mL-1(相当于生药量)
60%乙醇洗脱
洗脱剂用量为6倍树脂量
吸附及洗脱流速均为1.0 mL ·min-1(10 g树脂)。 结论: LSA-21大孔树脂对何首乌二苯乙烯苷的吸附纯化效果较好
本研究结果可为实际生产提供理论依据。
Abstract
Objective: To study the conditions and parameters of purifying stilbene glycoside from Polygonum multiflorum. Method :HPLC was applied to determine the content of 2

4’-tetrahydroxy-stilbene-2-O-β-D-glycoside
and calculate the adsorption rate and desorption rate. Result: The optimum process condition was as follows:60% ethanol was used as eluting solvent; the solution concentration was 0.2 g ·mL-1;the adsorption and elution velocity were 1.0 mL ·min-1(10 g resin). Conclusion: The desorption purification effect of LSA-21 marcoporous resin is good. So this Method:of purification is advisable. The results of this study can provide theoretical basis for practical production.
