Study on Optimization of Extraction Technology for Total Alkaloids of Aconitum flavum by Orthogonal Design Method
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology for total alkaloids in the root of Aconitum flavum . Method: Dissolvent
times of extraction and washing were the test factors and the total alkaloids were the test index. The orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction technology of total alkaloids. Result: The optimal extraction method was as follows: the ether:chloroform (3 ∶1) as dissolvent
extraction 3 times and washing once. Conclusion: The technology after optimization had a good stability
