Volatile Constituents from Aerial Parts and Roots of by Head-space Solid Micro-extraction, Coupled with GC-MS
Objective: To search the volatile constituents from aerial parts and roots of Indigofera stachyodes. Method: The volatiles were analyzed by head-space solid micro-extraction
coupled with GC-MS and Kovats indices for the first time. A quantitative analysis in percent was performed by peak area normalization measurements. Result: As a result
35 compounds were identified from the aerial parts
and 21 from roots
85.66% and 93.74% of the total essential constituents respectively. 12 compounds were shared in both samples. Conclusion: It was different between the aerial part and roots of I. staclyodes.
