摘要

目的 :研制玉米须多糖胶囊。方法 :采用单因素试验筛选玉米须多糖胶囊的制备所适宜的润湿剂浓度、用量

干燥温度、时间

并确定颗粒的临界相对湿度

建立含量测定方法。结果 :所制备胶囊的制备工艺简单、质量稳定。结论 :建立的玉米须胶囊的制备方法

可以减少服用剂量、促进玉米须资源的利用。

Abstract

ObJective: To study the preparation of polysaccharide capsule from corn stigma. Method: Single factor test was used for screening the optimum condition for preparation of corn stigma polysaccharide capsule

including the concentration and consumption of wetting agent

drying temperature and time

to establish a determination method. Result: The preparation technology established was simple and stable. Conclusion: The method established can promote the utilization of corn stigma resource.
