摘要

缬草烯酸valerenic acid是败酱科Valerianaceae缬草属Valeriana植物的特征化合物

是缬草属植物中枢抑制等作用的主要活性成分。最近研究表明

缬草烯酸是通过影响γ- 氨基丁酸(GABAA)受体、5- 羟色胺(5-HT)受体、核因子(NF-κB)等发挥其药理活性的。本文对缬草烯酸的分离和含量测定、药理药效及药代动力学3个方面进行了分析综述

以期为缬草烯酸的进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract

Valerenic acid is a key marker compound of valerian of Valerianacea

which also is one of the main active constituents of its central inhibiting effects.Recent studies show that valerenic acid has pharmacological effects probably through acting on GABAA receptor

5-HT receptor and NF-kappaB.In this paper the research progress of the extraction and content determination

pharmacological action

pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of valerenic acid were involved

which will offer references for further study of Valerenic acid.
