摘要

目的: 建立水蛭仿生酶解小肽的含量测定方法。方法: 以氨基酸分析仪测定结果为参照

采用双缩脲法、2010年版《中国药典》二部附录收载的Lorry法、2010年版《中国药典》三部附录收载的Lorry法、茚三酮法等4种常用蛋白含量测定方法对3批样品进行总肽的含量测定。结果: 2010年版《中国药典》三部收载的Lorry法测定的总肽含量不仅准确度高而且重复性

稳定性均好。结论: 确定2010年版《中国药典》三部收载的Lorry法作为水蛭仿生酶解小肽的含量测定方法。

Abstract

Objective: To establish the quality standards of the method for determination of small bionic zymolysis peptides of leeches. Method: Biure method

Lorry method in China pharmacopoeia 2010 (vol.Ⅱ and vol.Ⅲ)

the ninhydrin colorimetry method were used to determine the content of total peptide with amino acid analyzer determination result for reference. Result: The content of total peptide determined by Lorry method in China pharmacopoeia 2010 (vol.Ⅲ) was not only accurate but also repeatable and stable. Conclusion: Determination with Lorry method in China pharmacopoeia 2010 (vol.Ⅲ) is confirmed as a valid content determination method of small bionic zymolysis peptides of leeches.
