Fluorescence Probe, Detective Technology and its Application in Active Tracking of Traditional Chinese Macromolecules
The methods and applications of fluorescence labeling on macromolecules from traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) were reviewed in this paper. Potential application of biophotonic techniques in activity tracing of TCM was discussed. This may clarify the mechanism of macromolecule from TCM and propose new ideas for fluorescence labeling unknown multicomponent of TCM macromolecules.
