Study on Application of Ambiexponent Equation on Pogostone Cataplasm Transdermal Characteristic
Objective: Establishing the ambiexponent equation of pogostone cataplasm transdermal data. Method: The pogostone concentration in reception liquid was determined by GC at different time point and the data was fitted by different model. Result: The ambiexponent equation was the best fitting model. Conclusion: The ambiexponent equation was a suitable fitting model in drug transdermal absorption.
