目的 :研究以HPLC法测定小半夏汤中5-羟甲基糠醛含量的方法。 方法 :采用Lichrospher C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm
5 μm)
以甲醇-水(5 ∶95)为流动相
体积流量1.0 mL ·min-1
波长283 nm
柱温30 ℃。 结果 :5-羟甲基糠醛在0.304~2.736 μg与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系
r =0.999 9;平均加样回收率( n =5)为96.18%
RSD为1.67%。 结论 :该法操作简便
结果可靠
重复性好
可作为研究小半夏汤中5-羟甲基糠醛含量的方法。
Abstract
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in Xiaobanxia Tang. Method: A Lichrospher C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm
5 μm) was used with methanol-water (5 ∶95) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1
wavelength 283 nm
and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. Result: The linear range of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural was within 0.304-2.736 μg
r=0.999 9
the average recovery was 96.18% (n=5). Conclusion: This method has good reproducibility. It can be used for quality control in production of Xiaobanxia Tang.
