推测在煎煮时三棱对姜黄素起到了保护作用。
Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of curcumin in rhizoma curcumae
and compare the outcome between decoction of curcumin in rhizoma curcumae alone and that of rhizoma curcumae together with rhizoma sparganii. Method: HPLC was performed on a eclipse plus C18 column
water- acetonitrile served as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was at 425 nm
the column temperature at 25 ℃ and the flow rate being 1.0 mL ·min-1
to determine the content of curcumin in different decoction. Result: Curcumin showed good linearity in the range of 0.67-13.40 ng with correlation coefficient of 0.999 7. The average recovery (n=9) was 99.76%
with RSD of 1.49%. The content of curcumin in the co-decoction of the two drugs was significantly higher than that in the decoction of rhizoma curcumae alone. Conclusion: The method used was handy
sensitive and accurate
and proves to be suitable for the content determination of Curcumin.and it is suggest that rhizoma sparganii play a protective effect on the curcumin when the two drugs being decocted.
