摘要

目的: 探讨中药内服联合耳穴刺血治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法: 146例患者随机分成3组

治疗组78例予中药内服联合耳穴刺血治疗;对照1组36例予中药内服;对照2组32例予耳穴刺血治疗。3组均2周为1个疗程

共治2个疗程。结果: 治疗组分别与对照1组、对照2组临床疗效比较

差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。对照1组与对照2组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论: 中药内服联合耳穴刺血治疗寻常痤疮疗效优于单纯内服中药或耳穴刺血治疗。

Abstract

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of using oral medicinal herbs plus auricular-seed-pressing to treat Acne Vulgaris. Methed: 146 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups:therapeutic group (n=78)

the 1st control group (n=36)

the 2nd control group (n=32).The therapeutic group was treated by oral medicinal herbs plus auricular-seed-pressing;The 1st control group was treated by oral medicinal herbs;The 2nd control group was treated by Auricular-seed-pressing.They all chose 2 weeks as a course of treatment

totally 2 courses. Result: Except for no obvious difference between the 1st control group and the 2nd control group

there was a significant difference between the therapeutic group and the 1st control group

and the therapeutic group and the 2nd control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: It is better to treat acne vulgaris by oral medicinal herbs plus auricular-seed-pressing than simply by oral medicinal herbs

and simply than by Auricular-seed-pressing.
